  • Las Vegas (NM)

Las Vegas, New Mexico is the alter ego to the city sharing its same name in Nevada. Visitors to the New Mexican Las Vegas will find no casinos & bright lights, but rather a flourishing artist community along the Gallinas River, situated at the junction between the Rocky Mountains and the eastern plains. Due to its prime geographical location, Las Vegas offers its visitors a good amount of recreational opportunity, with options ranging from hiking and fishing to biking and skiing.

  • Los Alamos

Los Alamos, best known for the atomic research that occurred here during the 1940s, is still a hotbed of laboratory and scientific work but this 'atomic city' still has much to offer the outdoor recreationalist. Surrounded to the north and east by the Santa Fe National Forest and to the south by the Bandelier National Monument, Los Alamos is a lively community filled with active residents.

  • Taos

Taos is a hotbed of recreational opportunity located in the heart of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains of northern New Mexico. Today Taos is more quaint than wild, with a scenic downtown area studded with numerous galleries, museums, curio & kitsch shops.

  • Rio Rancho

Enchantment is just ahead in Rio Rancho. By car, bus, plane, bicycle or hot air balloon, Rio Rancho is centrally located in the heart of New Mexico, just north of Albuquerque.
