Description

Located off NM Hwy. 15 between the Cliff Dwellings Visitors Station and the Cliff Dwellings National Monument. There are 17 tables and grills just off the highway. Water is available. Flushing toilets are temporarily NOT available due to needed repairs. It is a good place for tent and car camping. Vehicles are parked in a parking lot and camping equipment carried to campsite. Not suitable for travel trailers but can be used on the parking lot. Pack out trash. No reservations are taken. Everything is on a first come, first serve basis. RV dump station available nearby.

TJ Corral & Woody''s Corral are nearby. There is plenty of room for horse trailers.

Walking distance to the Gila Cliff Dwellings National Monument.

Clinton P. Anderson overlook is about 5 miles south on Hwy 15. Stay on Hwy 15 back to Silver City for a scenic drive.
