The Butte War Bonnet Hotel serves the needs of our leisure, business, military and government travelers all at the same time. Conveniently located near the intersection of I-15 and I-90, we are surrounded by Big Sky Country's naturally beautiful landscape, world-class trout fishing and historic landmarks.

With over 50 years of experience our professional catering staff can bring to life any type of event you can imagine. Our 4,260 square foot banquet center can accommodate weddings, banquets, meetings or conferences for up to 500 guests, and we also specialize in catering events off of our premises.

From scheduling tee times, salon and spa appointments to theater tickets, sporting events, historic tours, railroad and trolley rides and national park information, the War Bonnet will make your stay as enjoyable as possible. From the North

  • Take I-15 S. into Butte
  • Exit onto I-15 S./I-90 W. toward Butte and go 1.4 miles
  • Take exit 127 Harrison Ave.
  • Turn right then take another immediate right on Cornell Ave.
  • Hotel is on the right

From the South

  • From I-15 N. exit I-15 N./I-90 E. toward Butte and go 7 miles
  • Exit 127B for Harrison Ave. N.
  • Turn right at Harrison Ave. and go 0.2 miles
  • Hotel is on the corner of Cornell Ave.

From the East

  • Take I-90 W. into Butte
  • Exit 127 for Harrison Ave. and turn right
  • Keep right at the fork and follow signs onto Harrison Ave.
  • Turn right on Cornell Ave.

From the West

  • Take I-90 E. into Butte
  • Exit 127B for Harrison Ave. N.
  • Turn right at Harrison Ave. and go 0.2 miles
  • Turn right on Cornell Ave. and hotel is on the right
