CLOSED FOR RECONSTRUCTION UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. THE PALIZA GROUP CAMPGROUND HAS BEEN CONVERTED TO AN INDIVIDUAL CAMPSITE AREA UNTIL RECONSTRUCTION IS COMPLETE.

Basic Directions

From the Jemez Ranger Station go south 13 miles to the junction of State Highway 4 and 290. Turn left and follow State Road 290 approximately eight miles. State Road 290 will then turn into Forest Road 10 which is a graveled single lane road. Continue on Forest Road 10 for an additional three miles to campground turnoff. The first area you will come upon will be the Paliza Group Campground continue north 1/4 mile to the Paliza campground.
