Santa Rosa Travel Information
The small community of Santa Rosa (pop 2,200) is a natural oasis
amidst the desert climate of northeastern New Mexico. Situated along
the banks of the Pecos River, it is well known for its natural lakes
fed by
subterranean rivers, including the Blue Hole which is a popular spot
for diving. The town hosts many travelers as it is
located at the intersection of Routes 85, 54 and I-40 and as a result
has a good
number of hotel rooms available as well as a handful of dining options
