Hill Country - Weather

The Hill Country is humid and subtropical and very green. Its summers can be sweltering, but the Hill Country is full of streams and lakes and shade, so there’s always somewhere to cool off. In contrast, Hill Country’s winters are very mild and temperatures rarely dip below freezing. Spring can be wet and stormy, but for those who want to avoid the worst of the heat and the worst of the rain, visiting the Hill Country in the fall is a nice middle ground.
