Getting There |

You can find the town of Cimarron just off of I-25 in the northeastern part of New Mexico about an hours drive away from Taos. Cimmaron is best accessed by automobile off I-25 onto US Highway 64 southbound. If coming from Taos, Eagle's Nest or Angelfire, State Hwy 64 is the only thoroughfare. |

Cimarron, a town of only 1,000, does not have its own airport. The closest airport is Raton Municipal Airport/Crews Field in Raton, NM, about a 45 minute drive north of cimarron. The closest major airports are the Santa Fe Municipal Airport or the Albuquerque International Ariport, the latter of which is approximately 185 miles to the southwest. |
